This website is a landing spot, a melting pot if you would, for individuals that are searching for a release from the stresses and anxieties that can be created through the corporate lives of leaders, managers or team members. I have found that no matter who or where we are on our career paths there comes the time when we BLOCK. When ideas just have the audacity to elude us no matter how hard we try to force them. When the day to day seems to have lost its appeal. When wins just seem to be missing their special zing. This is when an outside view, a different set of eyes, may be of assistance in unleashing the wonderful furry of further personal success.
This is the home of Contextual Thinking. “What is Contextual Thinking?” you may ask. It is re-creating or re-adapting the whole as opposed to individual sections making up the whole. How you feel about yourself effects what you do and how you do it. In business or life you may be trying to change or achieve a specific outcome by doing something and not finding success. Let me give you an example. In Sales a Salesperson may expend their energies in attempting to learn new closes and the such all the while not grasping what Sales really means to them on the whole and why they are involved in their career.
After having worked with many mega-successful individuals and companies I have come to understand that Talent and Skill are not the only attributes of attaining the results you may be struggling to achieve.
